Former Knicks guard Butch Carter joined a lawsuit accusing former Indiana men’s basketball physician Dr.Bradford Bomba of sexual abuse.Carter became the fifth former Hoosiers player to make the allegation with his sworn testimony submitted Thursday. The former Indiana captain claims that in 1979, Bomba “put on gloves, lubed his fingers and told Carter to bend over the table” before inserting at least one finger into his rectum. Carter, now 66, complained to then-coach Bobby Knight, trainer Bob Young and George Taliaferro, who worked in the office of the university president about the incident, which was the first time he’d ever received a rectal exam as part of a physical exam. His previous physicals at IU had been performed by Dr.
