Casa Cipriani is expanding beyond New York and Milan with its first Florida location — and it will include 23 condos, as well as a 40-room boutique hotel and private members’ club.It will all be housed in a new construction 17-story oceanfront tower at 3611 Collins Ave., Gimme Shelter has learned.Casa Cipriani Miami is the brand’s first foray into luxury real estate — in a posh oceanfront area with the new Aman Miami Beach just a couple of blocks away. Casa Cipriani Miami is being developed as a joint venture between Arnaud Karsenti’s Miami-based 13th Floor Investments, Joseph Cayre’s Midtown Equities and the Cipriani family. Designed by architect Brandon Haw, the building will pay homage to Miami Beach’s Art Deco history with a Cipriani sensibility that dates back to the original Harry’s Bar founded by Giuseppe Cipriani in Venice in 1931.Sales for the one- to four-bedroom condos are expected to start in the $25 million range later this year, a spokesperson told Gimme, adding that construction will start shortly thereafter.While Casa Cipriani is new to Miami, the family’s other brands are well represented in the Sunshine State.

They include the under-construction Cipriani Residences Miami, the Cipriani Downtown Miami restaurant on Brickell Avenue, the completed Mr.C Residences and Mr.

C Hotel in Coconut Grove and an upcoming Mr.C Hotel & Residences in West Palm Beach.Casa Cipriani is all about “comfort, privacy, service and elegance,” said Maggio Cipriani, president of Cipriani USA and a fourth-generation member of the family.
