Both have ICE detainers on them.We WILL get these sickos out of our country,” Noem wrote on X.The ICE detainer means local police have been asked to hold the men even if they would otherwise be let go.But neither Leal nor Diaz are going anywhere anytime soon, as both were denied bond and remain behind bars.“They tried to target a specific minor, and this could be done again,” prosecutors said while requesting they be held.The men face charges of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child 12-16 years old.Diaz was also charged with having sex without disclosing an HIV infection.Neither have prior criminal charges in the US, though their record in Mexico remains unclear....
