The late, great Mary Tyler Moore’s sprawling mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut traded hands this week, fetching $16.9 million in a deal that closed on Tuesday, according to a press release from its listing brokerage.The new was first reported by Greenwich Time. The sale marks the end of a nearly two-year effort by Moore’s widower, S.Robert Levine, to part with the property, which he listed in September 2023 for $21.9 million.

The sale price marks the property’s most recent asking price.The transaction went under contract last month, as The Post first reported. The couple purchased the Georgian Colonial-style home, constructed in 1900, in 2006 through a limited liability company for $9 million, according to property records. The estate, which boasts a stone facade, stretches across more than 13,800 square feet and sits on a lush 7-acre lot.The primary suite alone encompasses more than 2,000 square feet, complete with dual bathrooms, dressing areas and ample closet space.
