More Gen Z men are insisting on paying for dates but one is getting ridiculed for whipping out his mothers credit card: May this love never find me

That’s definitely a mama’s boy.Despite what you’d expect, studies have shown that Gen Z men are more than happy to pick up the tab for the women they’re on a date with. However, things got a bit sticky for this traumatized woman whose date whipped out his mother’s credit card when the bill came at the end of their night.Sarli, a TikTok user who goes by @sarliunlimited, shared a — now viral — video, with over 500,000 views explaining her experience with probably one of the biggest walking red flags.

The people in the comment section of this video had a field day.“I genuinely would get up and walk away,” one commenter wrote.“May this love never find me,” said another person.
“Just ask why he still has to rely on mommy,” a snarky commenter shared.Sadly, this isn’t anything new — because a few other women in the comments shared that they experienced this too.“THIS HAPPENED TO ME TOO,” one commenter wrote.“WAS YOU ON A DATE WITH MY EX?” someone else commented.
“I just found out my 1st boyfriend’s mom still manages his bank account.we’re 28 years old,” divulged another commenter.
