And there were six of them,” he told KATU.The jugs were filled to the brim with yellow urine.Dark, evidently poorly hydrated, stinky, white-foaming pee is considered a biohazard, so it can’t be processed by recyclers and can only be thrown out.And like a morning trip to the bathroom, the pee kept coming.The problem became so persistent that Van Duyn trained a security camera at his curb in hopes of shaking out the truth — and captured footage of a hooded man rolling up by night in what appeared to be a BMW, then slinking out to his trunk and emptying armloads of piss-filled jugs into the bins.“It’s a lot of pee,” Van Duyn said, explaining that he and his wife — who have lived peacefully in the neighborhood since 2006 — were left “befuddled” by the strange happening.Eventually, Van Duyn decided he’d had enough and stopped putting out his recycling — but the slippery suspect simply moved on to a neighbor’s recycling bin, and then on to another.“It sort of started to unravel.
