Comedian Louis C.K.— aka, Louis Alfred Székely — has sold his Greenwich Village home inside a landmarked, red-brick townhouse for $2.36 million, Gimme Shelter can reveal. The boho-chic residence first hit the market last May asking $2.45 million, according to StreetEasy.The three-bedroom, three-bathroom, three-level apartment is inside a four-story, 10-unit walk-up at 345 W.

bought the co-op with his then-wife, Alix Bailey, for $250,000 in 2006, according to property records.It’s in a building that dates to 1926.Design details include three fireplaces with marble mantelpieces. The home opens to a large living room on the parlor floor that leads to a small L-shaped kitchen with a vintage island that can be used for prep and storage, as well as a breakfast bar.Another large room with three windows and a fireplace can serve as a dining room or an additional bedroom.
