A Florida woman was busted for allegedly holding two boys at gunpoint and repeatedly threatening to “blow their heads off” in a maniacal uproar after she found the teens fishing in a pond near her backyard.Donna Elkins, 59, was arrested Friday after she brandished a long black pellet gun and ordered the 13- and 15-year-olds to the ground while telling police on the phone she had “petrified them,” “stopped them” and had them “laying on the ground” of her Melbourne yard, according to Fox 13 and one victim’s family.“She said she was going to blow our brains out and that if we didn’t listen to her, she would shoot – that she was going to blow our heads off,” eighth-grader Brayden, 15, told the outlet of the terrifying incident.The boys laid on the ground in fear for their lives — unaware the weapon was a pellet gun — for about five minutes until Elkins’ husband exited the home and disarmed her, according to a police report.“In my head, it was a real gun,” Brayden added.“That she was going to shoot us and kill us and the fact that she was saying she was going to blow our heads off, you can’t do that with a pellet gun.I really thought it was real.
What she did was wrong.”Authorities determined the boys, who were not physically harmed, were fishing on a peninsula near a pond located roughly 30 feet from the gun-toting lunatic’s property line, the outlet reported. One of the teens also managed to capture the wild events on camera, which their outraged families then blasted on social media.
