His feelings are boiling over.One woman’s cooking is on the chopping block after his husband finally admitted that her meals have been nearly inedible eight years into their marriage.The anonymous man took to Reddit to air out his frustrations saying his spouse has the confidence of a seasoned chef, but produces unappetizing — and potentially dangerous — dishes.In fact, the situation is so dire that the husband, 29, is “scared she’s going to kill someone one day” with undercooked meat and feels like he needs “to watch her like a hawk.”“She undercooks just about everything, especially meat, and no matter how many times I try to politely correct her, she claims I’m being ‘picky,'” he explained, adding that they split household responsibilities 50/50, including kitchen time.“For example, every time she makes rice, I just can’t convince her it’s 1 part rice to 2 parts water.She always says ‘are you sure? That seems like a lot of water.’ Or ‘Maybe that’s how you like it, but I don’t want it so mushy,'” he continued.
“The package and google won’t convince her either, and I just swallow my pride and eat the crunchy rice every time.It’s like that with everything.”While he might be able to choke down ill-prepared meals, his wife, 28, constantly invites their friends over for dinner.
