Paddy Considine reveals if hes still watching House of the Dragon and the Season 3 sneak peek he got

He’s got fire and blood. Paddy Considine, who starred as King Viserys Targaryen in Season 1 of the “Game of Thrones” spinoff “House of the Dragon,” hasn’t been keeping up with the show.“I haven’t [been watching], no.But I saw bits of Season 2, because my wife and daughter are still massive fans of the show,” he exclusively told the Post.
“I just don’t get time. When I get to watch things, it’s usually like at bedtime and I fall asleep watching them.”Considine is currently in the new Paramount+ gangster drama “MobLand” (new episodes out on Sundays), which he stars alongside Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren. Before that, he played King Viserys on the first season of “House of the Dragon.” Viserys died at the end of Season 1, which sparked the war that was the focus of Season 2 and the upcoming Season 3.
The show has followed his children, Rhaenyra (Emma D’Arcy) and Aegon (Tom Glynn-Carney), at war over who will succeed their father on the throne. Season 3 of “House of the Dragon” doesn’t have a premiere date yet, but just began production. “I got sent a photograph actually, from [showrunner] Ryan Condal. They started shooting yesterday on Season 3, and he sent me a photograph of this new sculpture of this statue with Viserys Targaryen,” Considine told The Post. “He’s still looming there in the background somewhere, and it was great.
I’ve got a lot of affection for that show and that character,” he added. “I loved my time on it, and I wish him all the best. I’ll catch up with it one day, because I watched all of ‘Game of Thrones.’”The “Peaky Blinders” actor admitted, “but I didn’t even watch all of Season 1 of ‘House of the Dragon,’ because I don’t like watching myself. So I just saw a couple of bits and pieces.” Considine was snubbed and not nominated for an Emmy for his role.
“Yeah, I didn’t even get a sniff,” he quipped.“Very disappointing!”...
