Brett Kavanaughs wannabe assassin admits to trying to kill the justice because he was angry over abortion rights

A California nut admitted Tuesday to trying to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh — showing up to the conservative jurist’s home with a knife, zip ties, a Glock and hammer.Nicholas Roske, 29, faces up to life in prison for the sick June 2022 stunt, when he showed up outside Kavanaugh’s home outside Chevy Chase, Md.at 1 a.m.

He was then arrested.Among the items Roske had on him were a Glock 17 pistol, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, duct tape, a black tactical chest rig and tactical knife and burglary tools, according to court documents.He told authorities that he was inspired to kill because he was outraged over a bombshell report that the Supreme Court was set to overturn Roe v.Wade — the landmark decision that guaranteed a national right to abortion access.
He also said he was upset by the deadly elementary school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, in which an assailant gunned down 19 students and two teachers while wounding 17 others.Ultimately, the Supreme Court overturned Roe about two weeks after Roske was caught.Prosecutors cited encrypted messages that Roske had allegedly sent detailing his desire to kill Kavanaugh and venting his concerns about Roe.“People have killed judges before,” he wrote in one of the messages.“Im gonna stop roe v wade from being overturned.”“Yeah but at the end of the day biden still chooses the replacements.
