This Soho apartment rocks — so much so that grunge music queen Courtney Love once owned it.Now, the Hole frontwoman’s former lair has listed for $9.49 million, The Post has learned.Located at 30 Crosby St., the property offers a rare glimpse into the new grandmother’s New York chapter, which began in 2001 when she traded Beverly Hills for Manhattan.Love, the 60-year-old widow of Nirvana icon Kurt Cobain, acquired the unfinished loft in 2001 for $2.64 million, becoming its first owner following a condo conversion from a manufacturing building. The move came seven years following Cobain’s 1994 suicide, and marked a significant shift from her West Coast roots. Love, a California native, had previously lived in a four-bedroom Beverly Hills estate, purchased in 1997 from comedian Ellen DeGeneres for $3 million.That property, which she renovated to include a gym, sat on 2 acres and featured a cement pond.
