Heres what not to wear on a flight in case of an accident, experts warn: It will melt on your skin

That outfit is a no-no.Athleisure wear has become the go-to flight uniform for many travelers — since most people don’t want to be stuck wearing an uncomfortable outfit on a long flight. However, flyers might want to reconsider their next airport fit because experts are saying that leggings are probably the worst piece of clothing you could wear on an airplane. And with all of the recent plane accidents — people might want to take extra precautions when flying these days.According to aviation safety specialist Christine Negroni — most brands of leggings are made from synthetic fibers and petroleum products “which is not something you want to wear on an airplane because the largest risk in a survivable air accident is fire,” she told HuffPost.
