As the former CEO of Marvel Entertainment, Isaac “Ike” Perlmutter headed a fictional world of superheroes.In Palm Beach, Fla., the 82-year-old is at the center of a different galaxy: one defined by real-world wealth and power.He is now listing this oceanfront townhouse, which is next door to Sean Hannity and Steve Wynn — and five minutes from President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago — for $18.95 million.That’s almost double the $10 million that Perlmutter and his wife, Laura, paid for the property at 2 Sloans Curve when they bought it in April 2023.

(The Perlmutters also own a Sloans Curve condo at 2000 South Ocean Blvd.)A reclusive billionaire, Perlmutter is a veteran of the 1967 Six-Day War between Israel and the neighboring nations of Egypt, Jordan and Syria.He reportedly beat rival Carl Icahn to purchase Marvel in 1998 and then turned it around with films like “Spider-Man,” “Daredevil” and “Iron Man.”A major Trump donor during the 2024 election, Perlmutter was spotted kibitzing with Elon Musk at Trump’s January inauguration (the Tesla and X executive had a cameo in 2010’s “Iron Man 2” film).Perlmutter was also an outside adviser to Trump’s Department of Veterans Affairs during his first presidential term, according to reports.Perlmutter first listed the Palm Beach property — in the exclusive Residences at Sloans Curve — for $21 million in December 2023, just eight months after its purchase.The five-bedroom, 5½-bathroom home is a smashing 6,300 square feet.
