Ken Seiff, a venture capitalist and founder of Blockchange Ventures, is putting his Florida oceanfront sanctuary at Arte Surfside on the market for $12.9 million, The Post has learned. The 3,136-square-foot, three-bedroom residence, perched within a 16-unit boutique tower crafted by acclaimed Italian architects Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, offers unobstructed coastal views.Located at 8955 Collins Ave.in Surfside, the seventh-floor unit boasts a meticulously curated interior. Seiff had owned the unit since March 2021, records show.Seiff currently serves as General Partner at Blockchange Ventures, a venture capital firm dedicated to early-stage blockchain enterprises aiming to transform the industry.
