Royal circus.Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were spotted in New York City for the Time100 Summit on Wednesday — and they once again employed a four-vehicle motorcade.The Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived at Jazz at Lincoln Center shortly before the former actress participated in a speaking engagement with Time CEO Jessica Sibley.A clip of the couple obtained by The Post showed Harry, 40, walking around a blue SUV to meet Markle, 43, as she stepped out from the other side.
